Kaira Technologies Private Limited ("Kaira Technologies", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to ensuring that all products purchased by our clients are delivered in a timely, reliable, and secure manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures governing the delivery of products to clients across India. By placing an order with Kaira Technologies, clients agree to the processes described in this policy.
Kaira Technologies currently offers delivery services across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable regions may be considered on a case-to-case basis and are subject to the availability of logistics partners. In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended, and additional charges may apply.
International shipping is not currently offered by Kaira Technologies.
Delivery timelines are dependent on the availability of stock, the nature of the product ordered, and the client's location. For products that are in stock, dispatch is generally initiated within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation of the order and receipt of the advance payment. Custom orders, project-specific requirements, or products sourced directly from OEMs may require longer lead times.
Clients will be informed of the estimated delivery schedule at the time of order confirmation, and Kaira Technologies will make every effort to ensure adherence to these timelines. However, unforeseen delays due to OEM backorders, carrier availability, or logistical disruptions may occasionally impact delivery dates.
All shipping costs are borne by the client unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time of order confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated based on the client's delivery location, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the selected logistics partner's rates. These charges will be communicated to the client in advance and included in the final quotation or invoice.
Kaira Technologies does not operate on a free-shipping model unless part of a special promotion or contractual agreement.
Until the product is delivered and accepted by the client, ownership and risk remain with Kaira Technologies. Once delivery has been completed and the product is handed over to the client or their authorized representative, ownership transfers to the client. Any damages incurred after successful delivery are the sole responsibility of the client.
Clients are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon receipt and report any transit-related damages to Kaira Technologies within the stipulated return window described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Kaira Technologies partners with reputable third-party logistics and courier providers to ensure that products are delivered securely and efficiently. The choice of delivery partner is at the discretion of Kaira Technologies, based on service reliability, coverage, and the nature of the shipment.
While we take every measure to ensure safe delivery, delays or disruptions caused by the logistics partner are beyond our direct control. Nevertheless, our support team will actively assist clients in tracking shipments and resolving delivery-related concerns.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including name, contact number, address, and any specific delivery instructions. Failure to provide correct details may result in delayed or failed deliveries, for which Kaira Technologies cannot be held liable.
Clients must ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during working hours. If a delivery attempt fails due to client unavailability or incorrect address details, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Kaira Technologies strives to deliver products within the promised timelines; however, certain factors beyond our control may result in unavoidable delays. These include natural disasters, strikes, transportation restrictions, regulatory changes, or delays caused by OEM supply chains. In such cases, Kaira Technologies will keep the client informed and work toward rescheduling delivery at the earliest possible date.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy may be updated or revised periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, delivery partnerships, or legal obligations. Clients are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed about applicable terms.
