Kaira Technologies Private Limited ("Kaira Technologies", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality audio products and services. We understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is required, and this policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds will be processed. By purchasing from Kaira Technologies, clients agree to the terms described in this Returns and Refunds Policy.
Returns are accepted under specific circumstances where products are received in a damaged or defective condition. A return request must be initiated within seven working days from the date of delivery. The damages eligible for return are strictly limited to those caused during transit, while the ownership of the product was still with Kaira Technologies and before it was successfully transferred to the client.
Once ownership of the product has passed to the client, Kaira Technologies is not liable for physical damages, accidental mishandling, or any third-party modifications. Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation provided at the time of delivery.
To initiate a return, clients are required to contact our support team at support@kairatech.com within the stipulated return period. The request should include details of the order, the product in question, and photographic evidence of the physical damage or defect. Our team will review the request and verify its eligibility under the terms of this policy.
If the return request is approved, the client will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Kaira Technologies does not bear responsibility for shipping expenses associated with returns. Once the returned product is received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the reported damage or defect.
Following successful verification of a return, Kaira Technologies will decide whether to issue a full refund or provide a replacement product, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. In cases where replacement products are in stock, the replacement will be dispatched promptly after the return is approved.
Where a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued to the client's original source of payment. Refunds are generally processed within seven to ten working days after approval and receipt of the returned product. The mode of refund will strictly follow the original method of payment used during the transaction.
Certain products and services are not eligible for return or refund under this policy. Customized products, project- specific installations, design services, or products that have been tampered with or used beyond initial inspection cannot be returned. Additionally, cables, connectors, or any consumable items that have been unsealed or used are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
Clients are advised to thoroughly review product specifications, warranty details, and compatibility before confirming a purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes.
For services such as consultation, design, or installation, cancellations are not eligible for refund once work has commenced. Any upfront fees or advance payments made toward these services are non-refundable, as resources and planning efforts are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
However, if a cancellation request is made before the initiation of the service, Kaira Technologies may, at its discretion, refund the amount paid after deducting any administrative or processing charges incurred.
Clients are expected to inspect the products upon delivery and report any visible damages or defects immediately. Failure to notify Kaira Technologies within the stipulated return window of seven working days may result in the return request being deemed invalid.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the products being returned are securely packaged to avoid further damage during return transit. Any additional damages caused due to improper packaging or negligence during the return process may void the eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Kaira Technologies reserves the right to revise, update, or amend this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time, without prior notice, in order to reflect changes in our operational procedures, business practices, or legal requirements. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about their rights and obligations.
